Most athletes and women experiences emotional stress one way or another

A few individuals are even dependent upon the emotional stress to be able to function well. Due to their good physics most athletes can cope with stress in a better way. However, the pressure when being on the top is often big. Media, fans, supporters, your own demands, sponsors and sometimes a whole nations expectations can be too much for the body to handle.

HeartMath works with helping athletes to get energy to become the best when needed, to deal with nerves during competitions, in a way that do not interfer with motor activity or gives unbalanced extra hormonal effects. Everything is about condition and how to train your body to be in the suitable condition before certain circumstances.

CK Granits Team EGA have had an impressive season.

Gold in Junior SM, Silver in SM and an honorable fourth place in JVM in  Scotland. Team EGA with Sara McManus, Jonna McManus, Anna Hutha and Sofia Mabergs have done a fantastic season with hundreds of hours of training and competitions. 

Before and during this years season the team have been working with HeartMaths Peek performance program together with Anneli Nilsson at X ANimo Coaching. The program has been combined with lectures, practical training, pulse measurement, breathing techniques for relaxation and re-charging, mental training, as well as using an individual e-learning program.  

Heartmaths PPI stress relief e-Learning program is a strong tool for coaching the individual to be able to improve awaremess within yourself as well as with the group to deal with stress and to improve performance.

  • Stress relief program – a 5 step training program that users can access during 3 months
  • Clients are measured when starting, 6 veckor after start and 6 months after ending the program in order to see both short-term and long-term results
  • The results are then shown to the individual as well as the group during this process and will facilitate to set new goals individually and for the group.

Now you can learn Heartmaths golf program during 2 days. On the first day you will learn basic Heartmath technique and at the same time you will learn more about your inner physiology. There will also be practical training with specific exercises. On day 2 we will go deeper into Heartmath´s technique and the practical training will cover playing on the golf course.
We will play on the golf course that we visit on that day.
